[About] Team Raster
Running two sites was too much work, so we merged them into one.
“Team Raster” translates to “光栅組” in Chinese.
When we came up with the name, we looked up the word and noticed it contains “RA” and “ST”, with the remaining two letters forming “ER” — which translates to “光栅” (raster) in Chinese. Everything just fell into place.
Also, these days everything is some kind of “Studio,” so we deliberately avoided that when naming ourselves.
If we’re being strict about the spelling, it should be “RAST,” and our members are “RASTers.”
At first, this was just a chat group of three people who got along. But gradually, the three of us decided to do something together, so we gave ourselves a name.
